Quality, Honesty, and Integrity

In 1969, Bruce and Jim Horner started a small plumbing company. The brothers had a vision to provide excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction in their local community. Back then, Bruce and Jim worked out of their home and dispatched plumbers from the kitchen table.

Now, Bruce’s sons Chris and Patrick carry on the legacy with their mother, Colleen, as the owner. While the company has grown, the family business has stayed true to the same values of taking care of the customer—with quality, honesty, and integrity.

You learn a lot over 50 years, like how to adapt to changing times and improve while staying competitive. How many great plumbers helped to repair a leaky shower head or build a high-rise in southern Wisconsin. Every time we finish a project, we remember how far we’ve come from our humble beginnings and look forward to continuing to provide service with the Horner difference.
